The Galeria Vallarta Artists

When you know something about an artist the artwork itself takes on a special meaning, so we have included some background information about a few of the talented artists whose art works are displayed both on our website and at our art gallery in Puerto Vallarta Mexico. Galeria Vallarta founders Barbara and Gene Peters adopted Mexico as their home in 1978 and dedicated themselves to promoting the fine art and handicrafts created by Mexican artists to the world.

Our Puerto Vallarta art galleries features "art in all forms" by emerging Mexican artists, as well as works by famous international artists. Each of our artists was selected for their potential for fame and their expertise in their chosen media; oil paintings, watercolors, mixed media, sculptures, unique designer jewelry, folk art and collectable masks.
