Ordering Art from GaleriaVallarta.com
All of the paintings, lithographs and sculptures featured on our website are original, and often one-of-a-kind, art works that are also on display in our Puerto Vallarta art gallery. For this reason, we require a $50 USD deposit to reserve each piece of artwork that you are interested in purchasing from Galeria Vallarta. When you have reserved a piece of art from GaleriaVallarta.com, our credit card processor, PayPal, forwards us your selections and contact information which allows us to process your order and to notify you of your order status. After we have received notification from PayPal, we will contact you via email within two (2) business days to confirm availability of the artwork, explain framing options and shipping fees, and send instructions for paying the balance due through PayPal. If the original artwork that you have selected is no longer available, your $50 deposit may be applied towards the purchase of another piece of art in our gallery, or may be refunded by contacting Orders@GaleriaVallarta.com within 45 days of the deposit date.
Shipping
We offer free packing and will ship the item to you by DHL insured messenger service, which delivers directly to the address you indicate without any customs or other fees. Shipping costs are at your expense according to size and weight of the package. If you are planning on visiting Puerto Vallarta and wish to pick up your order at our art gallery please advise us by email. Three [3] month layaways are also available upon request.
